Frank Worthington

Pastor Frank provides teaching, leadership, and guidance for Compassion Sikeston. Following a vision God gave him and his wife Alisa for a different kind of church, he and a handful of people formed a Core Group in the fall of 2016. In October 2017, a group of about 100 launched Compassion Church. He and Alisa live in the Sikeston area and have 2 daughters, 1 son-in-law, and 4 grandkids.

Alisa has always loved Kids. She has a big heart for little people and wants to help develop others as we build our teams for our little people. She has been involved in leading Students and Worship since a teenager. Alisa is passionate about creating an environment that allows kids, parents, and families to find Jesus right where they are. Alisa has been married to Frank for 41 years, they have two daughters, Jennifer, Jordan, and 4 of the greatest grands, Jeremiah, Mason, Caroline and Liam. Alisa's hobbies are hanging out with Frank and her family. But most important is being a Grandkids and Soccer MIMI!!

Jennifer was born in Memphis, TN and raised in Sikeston. Being a pastor’s daughter, she fell in love with ministry at an early age. She has been married to her husband, Matt, for 16 years.
They have 2 amazing children, Caroline and Liam. Jennifer and her family made the move to Compassion Church Sikeston in 2018 after following God’s leading from their home in Mishawaka, IN. Jennifer loves baking desserts and spending time with her family.
